1) Where We Ship
United States only. We do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to U.S. territories/insular areas (including American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), and the freely associated states Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Marshall Islands (MH), Palau (PW)). We also do not ship smokable/inhalable hemp (including THCa flower or pre-rolls) to the following U.S. states due to current state rules:

Alabama (AL) – state ban on smokable hemp effective 2025. Iowa General Assembly

Kansas (KS) – hemp cigarettes/cigars/vapes and marketing buds to consumers prohibited.

Kentucky (KY) – sale of hemp buds/floral/leaf material to unlicensed consumers prohibited.

Louisiana (LA) – sale of hemp “intended for inhalation” prohibited.

New York (NY) – hemp retailers cannot sell products intended for smoking (pre-rolls/flower packaged for smoking). Office of Cannabis Management

Oregon (OR) – hemp items >0.3% total THC (which includes THCa) cannot be sold to consumers; THCa flower therefore not permitted. Oregon Secretary of State+1

Utah (UT) – 2025 amendments prohibit sale of smokable flower in the hemp program. Utah Legislature
We may decline or cancel any order going to a state/locality where our products are restricted or prohibited. This summary is not legal advice; laws evolve and may differ by product type.
2) Age & Verification
21+ only. By ordering, you confirm you are 21 or older.
For certain products (e.g., hemp flower), we may require Adult Signature (21+) on delivery. If required or selected, an adult must sign; re-delivery/return fees for missed signatures are the customer’s responsibility.
3) Processing Times, Carriers & Methods
Orders typically process in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding federal holidays). Processing may extend for fraud checks, age verification, high order volume, weather, or compliance review.
We ship with USPS and/or UPS at our discretion based on item, destination, and compliance.
PO Boxes: may require USPS service. If you choose a method that can’t deliver to a PO Box, we may request a street address.
4) Rates, Free Shipping & Signature Fees
Live shipping rates (and any Adult Signature fees) are shown at checkout and are non-refundable once an order ships.
If your order received free/discounted shipping, we may deduct our actual outbound shipping cost from any refund per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
5) Documentation & Compliance in Shipments
We may include Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and a hemp compliance notice where appropriate.
We maintain records demonstrating compliance with applicable law and carrier documentation rules.
6) Your Responsibility to Know Local Laws
Hemp laws vary by state/locality (including rules on THCa and other cannabinoids). You are responsible for purchasing only products legal in your jurisdiction and for providing a valid shipping address.
If we identify a legal restriction before shipment, we will cancel and refund your order (minus any non-recoverable payment fees, if applicable).
7) Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive tracking when your order ships. Tracking is provided by the carrier and may lag during peak periods or holidays.
8) Delivery, Risk of Loss & Stolen Packages
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier accepts (scans) the package.
If tracking shows Delivered but the package is lost/stolen, please file a claim with the carrier and local authorities. For Adult-Signature shipments, failed attempts may lead to returns or pickup holds; related fees are the customer’s responsibility.
9) Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Email help@hempxotic.com within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery scan with your order number and photos of the box (all sides), shipping label, and affected item(s). We’ll investigate and resolve per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
10) Returns to Sender, Refusals & Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an invalid/undeliverable address, refused delivery, missed Adult Signature, or local restriction, we will refund the product cost minus:
(a) original shipping/insurance/signature fees,
(b) any carrier return charge, and
(c) up to a 15% restocking fee, once we receive items back unopened and in saleable condition. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
11) Packaging
Orders ship in tamper-evident, smell-resistant packaging with discreet outer labeling. We do not label packages in a way that suggests hemp/cannabis contents.
12) Items We Do Not Ship
We do not ship products that would violate federal law, carrier policy, or applicable state/local rules.
13) Service Interruptions & Delays
Once tendered to the carrier, transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, peak season, inspections, or other events may cause delays outside our control.
14) Fraud Screening & Order Holds
Orders may be held or cancelled if flagged by fraud-prevention systems, if identity/age cannot be verified, or if compliance concerns arise.
15) Policy Changes
Laws and carrier rules evolve. We may update this Shipping Policy at any time; changes apply to orders placed after the Last updated date.
